Normally we  offer flat rate plans when the scope, depth and involvement of our resources can be reasonably predetermined. When this isn't possible, we provide services at an hourly rate, our foreign legal consultants and paralegals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. We count in ten minute increments and round down when in-between them. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a case. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. All billing will include any additional costs, such as copy, filing, couriers, and other third-party fees and costs. All travel expenses are billed at cost including any surcharges and foreign transactions fees. Senior Consultants rates fall between $250 and $450 per hour depending on venues and subject matters, while Associate rates are between $100 and $200 per hour. Our clerical staff or paralegals charge between $80 and $150 per hour. Retainers must be paid upfront. Please note that we are always open to discuss different compensation arrangements and we strive to accommodate our services to limited budgets when feasible.
